January 1, 2004, marked the start of our journey on the eDiversa business project as a supplier of EDI services and, 20 years later, we have become a national reference in the area of document management with a team of more than 70 people, offering services to more than 2000 clients, many of whom are true leaders in the sectors.

How did we get here?

The daily work of every single one of us has allowed us to reach this point. In addition, there are certain milestones that stand out and that have given the company a boost and allowed us to consolidate our position as one of the leaders in our sector. The most outstanding are the following:

• Health sector

In 2010, we launched a platform specifically for the health sector called comeDiNet, which consolidated us as EDI suppliers for the Catalan Public Health Services.

• Electronic Invoice with the Public Administration

In 2015, the Law 25/2013 entered into force which obligated all suppliers of the Public Administrations to issue their invoices in electronic format, which gave a boost to our Electronic Invoicing service.

• Project SII

In 2017, we launched the business line, comeDiSII, in response to the new fiscal obligation, Immediate Information Supply. The business has evolved into the platform comeDiTax, which provides solutions for both SII and SILICIE.

• Omatech

In 2020, Oma Technologies was incorporated into the structure of the eDiversa Group, allowing us to offer our clients a wider portfolio of products, adding customized digital developments.

• comeDiBuild

This same year, we launched comeDiBuild, the electronic document interchange platform specifically for the construction sector, helping to digitize an industry that is actively investing in its technological transformation.

• DataJuice

Also in 2020, we created, together with the Grupo Igarle, the company DataJuice Software, with the intention of promoting the digital industry in Euskadi.

• comeDiFact

In 2024, the well-known Create and Grow Law will enter into force, which establishes the mandatory use of the Electronic Invoice for all companies and professionals in the country. In response to this new need, comeDiFact is born, the Group's platform that will allow companies and professionals to comply with all the requirements of the new Law.

What makes us different?

In eDiversa Group, We know that companies are defined by the type of activity they carry out, but also by their values and their contribution to society. Our values define us and we are connected to them.

Each year we "connect" to one of our values through our claim. In 2020, we “connected” with Innovation (the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness awarded us, for the first time, the seal of Innovative SME), in 2021, with the Client and in 2022, with Digital Transformation and in 2023 with Equality. In reference to this, our work was aimed at trying to break the gender gap that exists in the technology sector and to add more female talent to our team. In 2023 we also developed the Equality Plan, which will allow us, throughout 2024, to improve in all the areas of the company.

20 years have gone by, and we continue with the same enthusiasm as the first day. We have gone from being a secondary actor in the Electronic Document Interchange sector in Spain to one of the lead players. We hope to continue evolving and developing solutions for the document management needs of our customers, our real reason for being.
