Devops Technician

Who are we?

What do we need?
Currently, we are looking for a DevOps Technician for our DevOps team!
We are working on a project of digital transformation that will bring all our processes up to the current DevSecOps standards.

Your main functions will be:

  • You will support the definition, implementation and maintenance of the infrastructure (PaaS), following the principles of devOps and CI/CD.
  • You will develop software and scripts in Phyton according to project needs.
  • Updating and generation of technical documentation.
  • Periodical reporting on the advance and management in tasks and projects following the agile methodology: SCRUM.
  • Extensive collaboration with the rest of the team and other departments.

Required

  • Minimum education: Advance training in Systems Administration or 5 years-experience in similar positions.
  • Minimum of 3 years in management and optimization of cloud infrastructure, preferably in GCP and automation of processes to guarantee an efficient deployment of services and maintain a high level of service availability.
  • Experience as a software programmer oriented to working with objectives.
  • Experience in performing infrastructure migrations.
  • Experiencia in the development of container technology: design of cloud architecture, definition of optimized docker images, orchestration with Kubernetes system.
  • Experience in coordinating and communicating with users about the evolution and designs in agile development environments.
  • Knowledge of Phyton, Perl, Linux, Unsible.
  • Knowledge of Dockers and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems and automated deployments with GitHub and GitDocker.
  • Knowledge of infrastructures and cloud services.
  • Knowledge of performance and traffic monitoring using Zabbix, Cloud Monitoring.
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
  • Knowledge of Testing tools.
  • Skill to communicate and coordinate in a team.
  • Knowledge of agile development methods: SCRUM, Kanban
  • High adaptability to change and stress management.
  • Responsible, with a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • High client orientation.
  • Intermediate English.

Valued

  • Desirable knowledge of TypeScript and Hexagonal architecture.
  • Desirable ‘Associate Cloud Engineer’ certification from GCP.
  • Knowledge of Security and Networking.

We are looking for a dynamic person who enjoys teamwork and is empathetic. You must be organized, analytical and deductive, with organizational and incident solving skills.

Required

  • Technical knowledge in microcomputing: Operating Systems, MSOffice, Networks, Remote Connection.
