He/she should be organized, analytical and deductive. He/she should dominate the required tools and have proven experience as a programmer.

Currently, we are looking for a Technical Support Operator – Helpdesk for our Support Department.

We are looking for someone dynamic and empathetic, who likes to work on a team. He/she should be organized, analytical and deductive with organization skills and ability to solve incidents.

Required

  • Technical knowledge in microcomputing: Operating Systems, MSOffice, Networks, Remote Connection.
  • Programming knowledge.
  • Resolution of Incidences, Organizational, analytical and deductive skills.
  • Proactive.
  • Languages: Spanish, Catalan and English (written and spoken).

Valued

  • Technical computer studies.
  • 1 or 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Other languages.
