What do we need?
We are currently looking for a Technical Support Operator - Helpdesk for our Support Department.
We are a multi-skilled team, in continuous growth to provide the best service to our customers. Our goal is to promote personal and professional growth within the department.
We are looking for a dynamic person who enjoys teamwork and is empathetic. You must be organized, analytical and deductive, with organizational and incident solving skills.


  • Technical knowledge in microcomputing: Operating Systems, MSOffice, Networks, Remote Connection.
  • Programming knowledge.
  • Resolution of Incidences, Organizational, analytical and deductive skills.
  • Proactive.
  • Languages: Spanish, Catalan and English (written and spoken).


  • Technical computer studies.
  • 1 or 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Other languages.
